Services that I offer include, Individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy and mediation/reunification.

 I am not a one size fits all counsellor. I tailor services to each client for a more comprehensive approach to your individual needs. All services are offered in person or

virtually.

Training & Facilitation

I am an experienced facilitator, teacher, group process therapist, advocate and student supervisor,  I believe that building stronger  communities through education is at the crux of mental health.  Please reach out If you are an organization, clinic or agency that wants to collaborate.
